Police Reports
Police documentation comes in various types of reports specific to their purpose. You can request a copy of each by clicking on the links below. Please provide accurate and specific information when you request a report such as, the date it happened, the date the report was filed, the name of a victim, the address or location it occurred etc.
- Criminal Incident Report, the documentation of a reported crime such as theft, assault, harassment etc. They contain basic information and are usually available to the public within a few days of being filed. They may, depending on the circumstances
- Accident Report, the documentation of a collision between vehicles / an object on a public street or highway. They are a formal report with extensive information and are filed on an Arkansas State Police Accident Form. They are usually available within five (5) working days.
- Private Property Accident Report, the documentation of a collision between vehicles / an object on a parking lot. They are an informal report with basic information and may not have required a police officers response. The police department will not review
- Dispatch Log, the documentation when a police officer responds to a citizens call for service.
