Because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, begining March 26th 2020 all courts in Arkansas stopped in person sessions. Because of this pending court dates had to be rescheduled.

Until Further Notice,
- Defendants (those on the docket) and their legal representation are the only ones that will be allowed in the building.
- Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask.
- Everyone will be screened for Coronavirus prior to entering the courtroom.
- If you have recently experienced any combination of a few of the listed symptoms:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
Will not be allowed to enter the building and must contact the Court Clerks office to reschedule your court date.
