Permits for Parades Festivals and Special Events.

The City of Blytheville encourages our citizens and visitors to use and enjoy our outdoor areas. If you or your business, group or organization would like to hold a festival, parade, fundraiser, run/walk or other event in the City of Blytheville, you can start that process by applying for an Event Permit here.

When planning your event, you should allow for a minimum of 30 business days in advance of the planned date to allow the city to process your request. Depending on the type of event you are planning, there may be fees, deposits or other forms required. You can find those details and requirements here.

If your event will take place in the Main Street Downtown area, we recommend you check the Blytheville Main Street Association Event Calendar to make sure there is no conflict with a previous scheduled event.

If your event will take place at a City Park Pavilion or Facility, we recommend you check the Blytheville City Parks Event Calendar to make sure the Pavilion or Facility is available during the dates of your planned event.
