City-Owned Property

The City of Blytheville will allow for anyone who may be interested in city owned property to place bids once per quarter.  Invitation for bids will be opened and will remain open for two weeks.  See list of available properties HERE.

PLEASE READ: All bids must include the address, any redevelopment plan, and evidence of ability to finance the proposed development for each property that you are bidding on. All conveyances shall be by Quitclaim Deed. Sealed bids can be mailed to the attention of Janice L Smith, Blytheville City Hall, 124 W. Walnut St., Blytheville, AR 72315 until 2:00 pm, at which time the bids will be opened in the Finance Director's office at the above address.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.  for information or further specifications, contact Condemnation/Demolition Coordinator, Janice L.
